Fresh Milk Collection: High-quality yak (or yak and cow) milk is sourced and filtered for purity.

CurdlingThe milk is boiled, and lemon juice or vinegar is added to separate curds from whey.

Smoking & Drying: The blocks are smoked and air-dried for weeks to achieve the perfect hardness and flavor.

Shaping & Pressing: The curds are kneaded and pressed into blocks to remove moisture.
